Digital Products — No Physical Shipping

MonColoriages primarily offers digital coloring books and downloadable PDF files.

Because these products are delivered electronically, no physical products are shipped.

There are therefore no physical shipping fees, shipping carriers, delivery trucks, or tracking numbers for digital orders.

Digital Delivery

After a successful purchase, your digital product will be delivered electronically through the digital delivery system used by the store.

Depending on the product and delivery system, your download may be available after checkout or delivered to the email address provided during your purchase.

Download Problems

If you have completed your purchase but cannot access your digital product:

1. Check your order confirmation.
2. Check your email inbox.
3. Check your spam or junk folder.
4. Make sure you entered the correct email address.
5. Contact us if you still cannot access your purchase.

We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve technical delivery problems.

Because our products are delivered digitally, there is no international physical shipping.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device and software can open the advertised file format.

Physical Products

Unless specifically stated on a product page, MonColoriages does not currently ship physical coloring books or other physical products.
