Digital Products

Once a digital file has been delivered or made available for download, refunds, returns, and exchanges cannot usually be provided.

Exceptions

We will gladly assist you if:

• You received the wrong product.

• Your file is corrupted or incomplete.

• You cannot access your download due to a technical issue on our side.

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us. We will review your order and provide an appropriate solution.
